Sabrina Studney, RCC
A Registered Clinical Counsellor based in Victoria, BC, and the founder of Coastal Cedar Counselling. Sabrina works with individuals (13yrs+), couples, and families who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that are keeping them stuck.
Sabrina’s approach is grounded in the belief that our current coping strategies often began as responses to earlier experiences. Sabrina provides a safe space for clients to examine how those patterns formed, how they are showing up now, and what might become possible with deeper insight and support.
Sabrina supports clients who are trying to navigate anxiety, self-esteem, careers, perinatal, relationship struggles, or uncertainty about their relationship with substances. Whatever a client’s goals are, Sabrina offers a steady, compassionate space to explore at a pace that feels manageable.
